This page explains the eligibility window, preparation requirement, supporting evidence, and product exclusions that apply to refund requests.

30-day request windowClaims must be submitted within the stated purchase period.

Our guarantee

Exam4Future provides certification preparation materials compiled and reviewed by experienced subject contributors. Product updates reflect changes identified in current exam objectives and question pools.

If you do not pass an eligible exam on your first attempt after meeting the requirements below, you may request a refund or exam swap under this policy.

Refund conditions

  1. 01

    A refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. 02

    You must study the purchased material for at least 15 days before taking the exam.

  3. 03

    The policy does not apply to retired exams.

  4. 04

    The candidate name must match the account-holder name.

  5. 05

    The candidate email must match the email used with the payment provider.

  6. 06

    Send the Exam4Future invoice number and failed-result PDF or screenshot to [email protected] within seven days of receiving the result.

  7. 07

    Claims are not available when the wrong product has already been downloaded or installed.

  8. 08

    Expired orders outside the 90-day product-access period are not eligible.

  9. 09

    Unlimited Access packages are excluded.

  10. 10

    Training Courses are excluded.

For circumstances not expressly listed above, Exam4Future reserves the right to review the request and provide the final policy interpretation.
